"The property was clean and the staff very nice. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. However, the queen we reserved was really a sm double, drywall patches in the wall painted over in a different color, missing outlet covers and incredibly sm bathroom. The biggest problems was safety. The back entrance was open. The key pad lock didn't work so anyone could enter the building. Also at the top of the stairs the window was open, a chair and table for smoking inside. We stayed New Years...

"Room is ok at best. Beds were not that comfortable, and caused my statica to flair up. Mornings are loud as the hallways are so narrow, one door closing sounds like its being slammed shut when its not. Asked for extra towels and didnt get them until the next morning. This is a case of you get what you pay for, however i have stayed at hotels equally as priced, and they defied my expectations."

"Overall our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at Americinn by Wyndahm Sleepy Eye. No complaints about lobby/pool area. My husband and I would rate their breakfast satisfactory - nothing to remember, but there were enough options to chose from. The best part of our stay was the staff. They were friendly and very helpful! As far as our room, there were definitely some areas for improvement. We stayed in the King 1 Bedroom Suite with 2 pullout couches. Here are the things that could be improved...

"10 years ago or so, this hotelwas where the druggies would stay, party, and you could smell pot and cigarettes from outside. Being left vacant for 5-6 and then ownership taken by OYO team, it's remarkable how they've transformed it. Don't let the outside fool you, it is clean, warm, hot shower with pressure. A tad outdated but you can clearly see what the vision is and I will certainly be staying here again to watch the vision unfold. Absolutely wonderful stay. Thank you OYO team! "

"We were only there for one night to meet family. They stayed at a hotel so it was nice to have a place that we could sit and visit and we weren’t sitting on someone’s bed. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Easy check in and check out process! Would stay again if we are in the area!"
